We have a 50 year working relationship with the best refinery in The United States and deal with them in a very large volume. We usually send them big barrels of silver which get us the best rate possible with the lowest overhead set up costs for each assay lot that we have refined. Because of these extraordinary cost savings to us, we can in turn pay you the most money in the marketplace as a retail customer. For mixed lots, it's ideal if you are local and we can go through it all with you in person. However, we also welcome mail in care package lots nationally where we will do the exact same thing from afar and then just let you know our offers via email or over the phone.
